Medicare, Medicaid, & Community Plans are not accepted at this time.
When insurance is not accepted, we can provide a superbill for clients to be potentially reimbursed by their insurance provider.
Please call your insurance provider to determine your OUT OF NETWORK coverage.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
