My eclectic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral, Existential, Solution-Focused Therapies, and Family Systems, addressing Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, Trauma, and more. 🧠
It's an honor to be part of your journey, creating a space that's safe, comfortable, and secure. 🏡
Life is full of the greatest gifts and the greatest challenges, with many changing seasons. I have had the privilege of working with those in need through individual, couple, and family therapy for many years.
My experience in mental health private practice, in/out-patient services, school settings, and chemical dependency allows me the confidence to support individuals during challenging times.
As a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Christian Counselor my goal is to provide knowledge, skills,
and a listening ear when nurturing individuals to a place of health and prosperity.
My daily desire is to be more Christ-like – to seek wisdom, understanding, and discernment. In my practice I allow Holy Spirit to lead and guide the therapeutic process. With Him leading, in partnership with the individual being served, we move toward stability, healing, restoration, deliverance, and wholeness – of mind, body, and spirit.
My practice is eclectic in nature incorporating Cognitive Behavioral, Existential, Solution Focused Therapies, along with Family Systems Approach. Areas of focus include (but not limited to): Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, Adjustment Issues, Trauma, Adoption Competency, couple/family, and relational difficulties, spiritual issues, and parenting challenges.
Being invited and allowed to journey with others through counseling is my honor. To be chosen to serve in the counseling capacity is a humbling experience that I believe to be a great privilege. I make it a priority to create a therapeutic space that is safe, comfortable, secure and protected.
I look forward to meeting and working with you.
His Best Today and all the Tomorrows to come,
Gizelle Bullock, LMHC
